New Feature: Rental Only Pick-Up Flow

A new standalone flow allows the CrashClaim team to collect the rental vehicle from the client independently of the Delivery Flow. Previously this was only possible as part of the full delivery process. The Delivery Flow now automatically skips rental stages when the rental has already been collected.

Bug Fix: Update Fields CC Assist Form Error

Fixed a production error that prevented staff from opening the Update Fields CC Assist form. Root cause was a field type mismatch between two linked forms. 2 corrupted records were also removed.

GST Column Added to Tow Invoice

Tow invoices now display a GST column per line item. Previously GST appeared as a single lump sum at the bottom. Applies to all newly downloaded invoices.

Production Bug Fix: Rental Agreement Printing Issue — Faithope

Rental agreement printing was failing for Faithope when the claim type was "Towing/Storage + Rental". A new report CBR_Repair_Rental_V1 was created with the missing claim type and the print function was updated.

Parts Role: Demands & Assessment Tab Access Removed + Notes Updated

Demands and Assessment tabs are no longer visible to Parts Assistant and Parts Manager roles. Demand notes auto-generated by the system no longer include money values.

Update Repair ETA Button Added to Hire Over 21 Days Report

A new Update Repair ETA button has been added to the Hire Over 21 Days report. Claims Handlers and Exec Managers can now update repair timelines directly from the report without navigating away.
