Total Leads / LeadsClaim Form records where Lead Source = Accident Claims Helpline and Date Created falls in the report month. Daily rows group by Date Created; days with no leads are omitted.
CancelledClaims Management Status = Cancel or Reject, or Claim Form Is Claim Accepted = Declined. Evaluated first — a lead cancelled after booking still counts as Cancelled.
Went AheadNot Cancelled, and Job Taken On (date) is set.
Booked / Not Yet CompletedNot Cancelled or Went Ahead, and Claims Management Hire Status = Booked. Booking Date holds the scheduled date.
On Hold / PendingEverything remaining (residual — the four buckets always sum to Total Leads). In practice these show Is Claim Accepted = Pending or Red Flag Job – Pending Validation.

Buckets are mutually exclusive and applied in precedence order (Cancelled → Went Ahead → Booked → Pending), so every lead appears in exactly one outcome and the columns always reconcile with Total Leads.
