Rectification Flow

When a customer's repaired vehicle isn't right, Bookings raises a Rectification Request against the original repair. Once approved, an Active Rectification record is created and linked into the claim's Job History, where a Recto or PRI movement is booked to action it.

Flow Steps

#	Step	Detail
1	Raise request	Bookings raises a Rectification Request from Quick Links → Add Rectification Request or the Bookings Dashboard → Rectification Request tile. Creates a Rectification_Request record, Status = Pending.
2	Queue	Request appears on the Pending Rectification Request report for review. Clicking Update Status opens the Update Rectification Request form.
3a	Approve	Reviewer sets Status = Approved on the Update Rectification Request form → an Active Rectification (Rectification form) record is created.
3b	Reject	Reviewer sets Status = Rejected on the Update Rectification Request form and records Rejected_Reason. Flow ends here.
3c	Update	Reviewer edits the Rectification Request fields on the Update Rectification Request form without changing Status — request stays on the Pending report.
4	Link to claim	The Active Rectification record is added to the claim's Job History section (Claim Dhtml) as a Repair -> Rectification record.
5	Book movement	From that Job History record, a Recto or PRI movement is booked to action the rectification repair, and movement will continue by the Recto flow in Movement Actions.
