1. Parts Assessment

  • Form: Claims Management Form
  • Display: Count
  • Criteria:
    • Parts Assessment Status is "New"
    • Date Repair Completed is null
    • !Claim Type.contains("Rental Only")
    • Is Customer's Vehicle Being Repaired or a Total Loss is not "Total Loss" OR is null
    • Status is not "Cancel"
    • Status is not "Declined"

2. Parts List Not Completed

  • Form: Claims Management Form
  • Display: Count
  • Criteria:
    • Parts Assessment Status is "New"
    • Date Repair Completed is null
    • Upload Completion is true
    • Upload Completion Date and Time > '29-Jun-2026'
    • !Claim Type.contains("Rental Only")
    • Is Customer's Vehicle Being Repaired or a Total Loss is not "Total Loss" OR is null
    • Status is not "Cancel"

3. Parts to Tender

  • Form: Part Item Request
  • Display: Count
  • Criteria: matches if either group below is true
    • Group A (claim parts):
      • Tender Status is "Pending"
      • Is Deleted is false
      • Parts to be Ordered For is "Claim"
      • Status is not "Cancel"
      • Status is not "Declined"
