Towing/Storage Only

The full Movement Action sequence for a Towing/Storage Only claim type. There's no rental vehicle involved and no repair hand-back — the client's vehicle is picked up, towed, and either held at CrashClaim HQ or dropped at another location, which determines Hire_Status1 and drives what happens next.

Where Client Vehicle Drop-off Location points to decides the next Hire Status:

Book Tow is only available when the vehicle was dropped at the Holding Yard. If it went straight to another location instead, the job moves to Collected from Client and only the Delivery Workflow applies.
