The Movement Action sequence is identical to Towing + Repair + Rental — the client still gets a rental vehicle, their own vehicle is towed in for repair, and the Delivery Workflow still runs as either a combined visit or a Rental Only Pick-Up followed by a later Client Vehicle Delivery.

4. Delivery Workflow — `Hire Status == On Hire`

Closes the job (Hire Status → Off Hire) once the client vehicle has been signed off — runs one of two ways depending on whether the rental vehicle was already collected via the Rental Only Pick-Up Flow.
