The Movement Action sequence is identical to Rental Only — there's no client vehicle exchange or repair to hand back to, so the flow is driven entirely by Hire_Status1 on the Job, each status mapping to one bookable flow, ending when the vehicle is off-hired.

The only difference from Rental Only is on the Demands side: a Free Rental Only claim creates no demand at all — the rental vehicle is provided free of charge, so there's nothing to recover from a third party. See Demands Flow for how Claim_Type1 drives demand creation per cost type.
