Run Sheet

The Run Sheet is a per-driver schedule view. Each driver's day shows their currently assigned movements as time slots — File Number + time duration — regardless of which flow booked the movement (CC Flow, Delivery Flow, Loan Car Swap Flow, etc. — see Movement_Created_On on Vehicle_Movement).

1. Movement Booked → Slot Added​

When a movement is booked — via the CC Flow, Delivery Flow, or Loan Car Swap Flow — it's assigned to a driver with a booking date-time and a movement duration. That combination becomes one slot on the assigned driver's Run Sheet, showing the File Number and the time duration.

2. Driver Reassigned → Slot Moves​

If the movement's assigned driver is changed to a different driver, the slot is removed from the old driver's Run Sheet and added to the new driver's Run Sheet, at the same time slot.

3. Movement Completed → Slot Still Shown​

Once the movement's flow is finished, the slot (File Number + time duration) is still shown against the assigned driver's Run Sheet — it isn't removed on completion.
