GST Column Added to Tow Invoice

What Changed
The Tow Invoice PDF template has been updated to display a GST column per line item, replacing the previous format where GST appeared only as a single lump-sum figure at the bottom of the invoice.

Why This Was Made
CrashClaim's owner requested this change to provide greater GST transparency on invoices — making it easier for clients and insurers to verify tax amounts at a line-item level, and to meet invoicing best practices under Australian tax law.

Important Limitation
:::caution Existing invoices are not affected This update applies to newly downloaded invoices only. Any invoices already uploaded to Zoho WorkDrive before 11 June 2026 retain the old format and will not be regenerated automatically.
If you need a GST-itemised version of a past invoice, re-download it from the Tow Log module in Zoho Creator. :::
How to Get the Updated Invoice
- Open Zoho Creator → navigate to the Tow Log module
- Open the relevant Tow Log record
- Click Download Invoice — the PDF will now include the GST column
- If sharing with a client or insurer, use this freshly downloaded version
