Summary
Rental agreement printing was failing for the Faithope client. The CBR_Repair_Rental report was missing the "Towing/Storage + Rental" claim type, which meant that claims of this type could not generate a rental agreement. A new report (CBR_Repair_Rental_V1) was built with the missing claim type included, and the print function was updated to use the new report.
What Was the Bug?
When staff attempted to print a rental agreement for a Faithope claim with claim type "Towing/Storage + Rental", the agreement would not generate correctly.
The root cause: the uiReport.Cbr_rental_Agreement function only handled a subset of claim types and did not include "Towing/Storage + Rental" in its logic.
What Changed
A new report CBR_Repair_Rental_V1 was created with the additional claim type included. The print function was updated to route Faithope rental agreement requests through this new report.
