Summary
Three access and UX changes were made to the Claims Management Portal affecting the Parts user roles:
- Demands Tab — removed for Parts roles
- Assessment Tab — removed for Parts roles
- Demand Notes — money values removed from auto-generated notes

What Changed
The Demands and Assessment tabs are no longer visible to Parts role users in the Claims Management Portal. These tabs are now restricted to roles that require financial and claims assessment access.
After — Both tabs removed for Parts roles:
:::note Testing note During initial testing, the Demands Tab was still visible after the first deployment. Sanjai fixed the tab visibility logic and also extended the restriction to the Assessment Tab. Both were confirmed removed in production. :::
Change 2 — Demand Notes Format Updated
Auto-generated notes for Demand actions (Offer, Settlement, Remittance) have been updated to remove the money value from the note text.
Before
Notes included the dollar amount, e.g.:
Aastha (Exec Manager Access - Plus) Remitted $1,200.00 Rental Demand on 14-May-2026 14:35
After
Notes now show the action and timestamp without the money value:

Note format — new structure:
The note includes:
- Username (the person performing the action)
- Demand type (Rental, Settlement, Remittance, etc.)
- Action (Remitted, Offered, Settled)
- Date and time of the action
